In The Beginning
Globe Life American Income Division in Raleigh, North Carolina is represented by agent Slav Bitman. They provide professional services and guidance in the insurance industry.
Slav Bitman
State Director of the Bitman Agencies
Born in the Soviet Union, Slav Bitman came to the United States as a refugee at the age of 15 with the hopes of living the American Dream. He started his life insurance career in Kansas City, Missouri in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience in management and entrepreneurship.
In 2001, he broke an all-time record and has been the top State General Agent in his category. He is a former Executive Council member and is currently the State Director of Bitman Agencies.
When he is not promoting ‘Opportunity Unlimited’, Slav enjoys mixed martial arts and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu. He has been married for 24 years and has a daughter in college and a son in high school
Patrick Knouse
Regional General Agent
Patrick Knouse was born and raised in a small town in Oklahoma. He joined the Army and served as a Recon Sniper from 2001 until 2005 and completed a tour of duty in Iraq. He was stationed at Schofield Barracks Hawaii where he met his wife, Jessica and they have a 12 year old daughter.
He is a Regional General Agent and has been with the Bitman Agency for 8 years. He helps mentor, coach, and train incoming agents and gives them the skills and knowledge to be effective in the field.
Don DeVoise
Regional General Agent
Don DeVoise was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Deciding to move down to North Carolina in 2016 he initially explored other avenues in sales but decided to start a career opportunity with the Bitman Agency in 2017, and He has been firmly planted ever since. He is a proud father of 2 beautiful children.
He is now a Regional General Agent. He loves to develop, mentor, and train people by giving them the knowledge and wisdom to have the best mindset both in the field and in their personal lives.
His team calls him “Guru” and “The Closer”
Lalitha Janardhanan
Lalitha is a Regional General Agent with American Income, Bitman Agencies, and has been with the company for 11 years. She was born in India, having immigrated to the United States in 1995. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and an MBA from Meredith College. In her free time, she listens to Indian classical and contemporary music. She is married and has a son. She helps recruit, train, coach, and mentor agents. In addition, she provides skills and knowledge for them to be successful in their insurance career.
